Children - René Magritte - The big family

The Big Family (La Grande Famille) was created by Rene Magritte in 1963. At first glance, the question arises as to the appropriateness of the title, because there is no image of a family, human or otherwise. This shouldn't come as a surprise, however, as Magritte was known for his love of confusing his viewers.
