René Magritte - The Key of Dreams

Key to Dreams, 1930, is one of a series of works in which the artist combines words and objects as in a children's book, but juxtaposes the image of the object with a name that does not correspond to it: reality sometimes has hidden meanings, especially when it comes to dreams; Magritte provokes, invites metaphorical and surreal thinking, and does not stop at superficialities.
